The Antarctic Institute of Canada and staff were lovely in providing my partner and I assistance in completing this project phase. I enjoyed working in this assignment and gained many skills I can put forward in my career.

I really enjoyed my time with the AIC. Everyone was supportive and kind, I learnt a lot from this experience. My only issue was when the project first started, and I had some confusion with the start date. Other than that I had a wonderful experience, and hope to have the opportunity to work with the AIC again.

AIC has a great internship program with very fast feedback, they get you prepared for a fast pace career where deadlines must be met.

I always liked the challenging topics given to us as book writers. However, the timing of the release of the book topics has some issues as most of the time the topics are released around midnight time to the people who are from the central Canada provinces. It would be great if you could release the topics on Monday mornings.

I very much enjoyed this opportunity and the experience that came with it. The supervisors were professional, and when issues arose they were quick to find solutions that catered to everyones needs. I am looking forward to continuing my internship with them for the rest of my summer.

It is nice to read a variety of books with different topics. All of these books contained interesting and useful content, though I feel that there could have been a bit more attention paid in the editing process.

Being part of the AIC was a great experience. I learned to work with others and independently as well as learned new skills and honed existing ones. As a student looking to be come a grow in my industry, this program has also given me new connections to people I would have otherwise never connected with.
