Hourly pay is C$15.00/hr for 480 hrs per learner.

financial systems business services accounting financeCo-op students in the three-year Accounting Advanced Diploma and Finance Advanced Diploma programs are seeking a work term for May 2021 to August 2021. Co-op requires students to complete full-time, paid work for 12-14 weeks that is directly related to their college program. Typical dates of employment are Monday, May 3 through to at least Friday, August 13.
Students will have completed two years of their program by the time the co-op work term begins, and return to their third-year courses in September 2021.
Learners
Students will deliver on their 3-5 Performance and Practice Goals that were agreed upon within the first month of the work term.
Project Examples
Requirements
Accounting students will have completed courses in Managerial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Taxation, Management Information Systems, and Accounting Software Applications (focusing on Sage 50 and Quickbooks), amongst others.
Finance students will have completed courses in Financial Systems, Canadian Securities, Retirement Planning, Client Management & Sales, Taxation, Life and Health Insurance Planning, and Mutual Funds, amongst others.
