    A desire to learn, to make sure I was completely satisfied.

    Not as much as I would have expected. Only at the beginning of the task and the end. I thought he would ask for more feedback before doing all the work. I expected more interaction, more questions to make sure everything was I wanted it.

    I think so but I'm not sure. The first week, the work produced was not as I wanted it and as I instructed. I was shocked by the little amount of work completed. I know once I gave feedback during our zoom meeting, he fixed everything to the way I wanted it and I would expect he worked much harder in the second week.
