    Abok was proactive in acknowledging tasks and played a key role in managing important documentation, such as privacy policies and NDAs. She effectively reached out to others, ensuring that all necessary submissions were completed on time, and I trusted her to handle this responsibility independently. Her organizational skills were valuable, and she demonstrated leadership in tracking the progress of these tasks. However, there were two instances where I had to follow up with her to confirm whether she had completed specific tasks. Although this was not frequent, improving consistency in task completion would have enhanced her overall contribution.
