The goal is to enhance financial sustainability through well-crafted and competitive grant applications

Deliverables

Grant Research: Identify relevant grants and funding opportunities that align with the organization's mission.

Proposal Development: Draft a structured grant proposal, including key elements such as organizational background, program impact, budget requirements, and expected outcomes.

Application Strategy: Develop a submission plan, including timelines and necessary documentation.

Final Report & Presentation: Provide a comprehensive report summarizing research findings, drafted proposals, and recommendations for future applications. The final presentation will highlight key takeaways and potential next steps.
