We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

KOZMYK is a revolutionary brand that infuses meaning into what we wear. Inspired by the beauty of geometry, we study the effect of patterns on the mind to create captivating digital art. Our collection of fashion accessories, created out of this digital art, evoke a sense of serenity, calm, happiness, motivation, awe and wonder.

Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.

To accomplish this, we expect the student will:

• Daily Post on Social Media (IG, TikTok, Facebook) using a combination of posts, reels and stories
• Write weekly blog articles on assigned topics
• Identify and reach out to influencers that are aligned with the company's brand for collaboration
• Engage with other influencers in the same space by commenting on their posts
• Share ideas on topics that can be covered for social media and blogs
• Track the number of followers and engagement on a daily basis using spreadsheet template provided

Qualifications

• Experience with using IG, TikTok, Facebook
• Previous experience in creating and editing videos using appropriate software
• Skilled at photo editing and aligning the graphics with the brand
• Have a knack at picking the right music/audio for a given video/reel
• Ability to take a blog story and summarize it in a compelling way for social media
• Experience with Shopify for blog posting

Students will work closely with the founder who is available for questions and feedback. This will include weekly catch up meetings to review metrics, discuss ideas for future posts/blogs and decide on priorities for the next week.
