Join ViB Digital, an innovative pre-revenue startup, at a pivotal stage as we prepare to launch our mobile vision board application! We've already completed significant foundational work, including developing core 'widgets and components' based on a dynamic, click-through Figma prototype. Most of our critical screens have been redesigned and transitioned for an intuitive mobile experience, moving us well beyond the initial concept phase.

This project offers an exceptional opportunity for top-notch students to make a tangible impact by bringing our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to full functionality and a polished front-end within the FuturePath cohort. Your work will directly lead to real-world user testing and iteration, shaping the future of ViB Digital.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

Your primary objective is to complete, debug, and polish our FlutterFlow mobile application, making it ready for public testing and feedback. This includes:

1. Completing Front-End Functionality: Implementing remaining UI/UX elements and user flows within FlutterFlow, ensuring a seamless and engaging mobile experience as designed in Figma.
2. Developing Custom Logic: Writing and integrating custom Dart functions within FlutterFlow to enhance application capabilities and meet specific functional requirements.
3. Firebase Integration: Ensuring robust and efficient integration with Firebase for data storage, user authentication, and other backend services.
4. Debugging & Optimization: Identifying and resolving any existing bugs or performance issues to ensure a smooth, stable, and responsive application.
5. Polishing & Refinement: Applying a keen eye to detail to enhance visual appeal, animations, and overall user experience, taking the app from functional to truly delightful.
6. Preparation for Testing: Collaborating with the founder to prepare the application for initial public testing and gathering critical user feedback.

Desired Skills

We are seeking individuals with a strong passion for mobile app development and a user-centric approach. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Mobile Application Development: Proven experience or strong understanding of FlutterFlow for rapid application development.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Dart for writing custom functions and complex logic.
• Front-End Expertise: A strong eye for responsive design, visual aesthetics, and creating engaging user interfaces.
• Problem-Solving & Debugging: Ability to efficiently identify and resolve technical issues in an existing codebase.
• Firebase Knowledge (Asset): Familiarity with Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication) is a plus.
• Adaptability & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate closely with the founder.
• User Experience (UX) Mindset): Even though design is provided, an understanding of good UX principles will be crucial for implementation and polishing.

Upon completion of the cohort, the successful team/individual will deliver:

1. A Fully Functional & Polished FlutterFlow MVP: A stable and production-ready mobile application, with all planned functionalities implemented and front-end elements refined for optimal user experience.
2. Clean & Documented Codebase: A well-organized FlutterFlow project and any custom Dart code, ready for future iterations and scalability.
3. Resolved Issues & Performance Enhancements: A stable application with identified bugs addressed and performance optimized for mobile devices.

Mentorship & Support

You will receive dedicated, hands-on mentorship directly from ViB Digital's founder. We commit to:

• Comprehensive Resources: Providing immediate access to the existing FlutterFlow project, detailed Figma prototypes, Firebase setup, and any other necessary tools or documentation from previous wor.
• Regular, Action-Oriented Meetings: Scheduled weekly check-ins to discuss progress, troubleshoot challenges, and provide targeted feedback and guidance. Ad-hoc support will also be available.
• Real-World Learning: An immersive experience in taking a product from near-completion to public readiness, gaining invaluable insights into the full development lifecycle in a startup context.
