Elite Window Fashions is seeking to enhance its current lean manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. The primary goal is to identify and address bottlenecks in the production line, thereby increasing overall output while simultaneously reducing labor costs. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques. The team will conduct a thorough analysis of the existing workflow, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements. By focusing on streamlining operations, the project aims to create a more agile and cost-effective manufacturing environment. The learners will work closely with the company's production team to ensure that proposed changes are practical and implementable within the existing framework.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a comprehensive report detailing the analysis of current manufacturing processes and identified bottlenecks. Additionally, the team will provide a set of actionable recommendations for process improvements. A presentation summarizing the findings and proposed solutions will be delivered to Elite Window Fashions' management team.
