Details

The main goal for the project is to plan and execute a highly experiential event to celebrate the official launch of Jessica De Castro & Co (new name in the works!). Our vision for the launch party includes having a lineup of speakers, catering, games, prizes, vendors & photo ops. Note: Event will ideally take place in late April/ early May.



This project will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching and understanding the mission and goals of Jessica De Castro & Co.

- Planning the event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and vendor coordination.

- Developing brand focused games and engagement activities.

- Creating a detailed event timeline and schedule.

- Budgeting and financial planning for the event.

- Marketing and promoting the event to the target audience.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, students should complete the following:


- A comprehensive event plan including logistics, activities, and schedule.

- A detailed budget for the event, including cost estimates for venue, catering, and other expenses.

- Marketing materials and a promotional plan for the event.

- Coordination with vendors and suppliers for the event.

- A post-event evaluation report with feedback and recommendations for future events.



Final deliverables:


- A complete event plan document with all details and schedules.

- Marketing materials and a promotional plan for the event.

- Attendance and support in execution on event day.

- A post-event evaluation report with feedback and recommendations for future events.



Mentorship

- We will be mentoring each student 1 on 1 throughout their entire time with us.

- We are entirely flexible to the students schedule and availability although we prefer mentorships hours to be scheduled before 4:00pm EST Monday-Thursday.

- We will walk each student through a formal onboarding process so they are very clear about the guidelines on the project.

- We will be available to any questions or guidance the students may need - 7 days a week!
