Students will engage in the following activities:

  • Target Market Research: Conduct research on our target audience, including demographics, buying behavior, and market potential.
  • Industry Research: Analyze the current market landscape, identify trends, and assess growth opportunities.
  • Competitive Analysis: Research key competitors, evaluate their strengths and weaknesses, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Based on the research, propose strategies to enhance our company’s positioning, improve our products/services, and optimize our brand presence.
Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should have completed the following tasks:

  1. Company Overview: Gain a thorough understanding of our company’s product offerings, services, and values.
  2. Market Research: Analyze the target market, including customer demographics, behavior, and market potential.
  3. Industry Landscape: Conduct research on the broader industry, identifying trends, threats, and opportunities.
