Details

We are looking for either an individual student or a small group of students to complete this project.

We want to expand our product offering by adding a new branch to our existing companies. Currently we provide Mental Health Counselling in North Carolina, to Seniors (Silver Linings for Seniors, Inc.) and to People ages 21 Older (Silver Linings Teletherapy). We are considering adding Mental Health Provider Credentialing and enrolment across the United States. Specifically, we are interested offering a pay for service credentialing and enrolling providers to be able to accept insurance reimbursement. We need insights to clarify barriers to entry, as well as help to anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization, and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new service (. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to:

1. Competitive analyses of the industry segment are interested in entering.

2. What is the current and historical market rate for these service?

3. Is making it a niche market targeting Mental Health providers credentialing only a mistake?

4. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves?

5. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success?

6. What are the legal requirements to starting this opportunity?

7. Any strategic recommendations for growth?

8. What professional certifications are recommended and from here?

We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand

the current competitive market and how to position ourselves as a successful leader.

*NOTE: If a professor is interested in all elements of this project, but is interested in some parts - please feel free to connect with us about this. We would be happy to collaborate with a professor on the making of this project.
