Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to help our client, a start-up ice cream producer in the Eastern Townships of Quebec with opportunity spotting, market research, and strategy development (at the market or operations levels).

Her company is called Humblehaus and she produces some of the best tasting ice cream this side of the English Channel! Now it is time to help her grow and reach the audience that she deserves...or that deserve her ice cream!
