We want to be known as an organization that values our people and has clear expectations as well as regulations for employees to follow. To assist us in this goal, we would like to collaborate with students to create an Employee Policy and Procedure Manual. This manual should be based on our objectives and include the items below as well as new ones

Areas (policies) of particular interest to us include:

  • New employee Expectations
  • Security procedure
  • Diversity
  • Mentorship opportunities
  • Sexual harassment
  • Social Media
  • Payroll
  • Punctuality
  • Dress Code
  • Leave of Absence

We have an old very outdated version that could be used as a base model, but we would also appreciate insights, recommendations on updating it or preferably a completely new one.

Deliverables
No deliverables exist for this project.
Mentorship

We are available as needed for input and feedback.
