The Scholarship Whizz aims to expand into the Canadian market by establishing partnerships with high schools, colleges, and post-secondary institutions. The goal is to identify institutions that can benefit from our expertise in scholarship and funding assistance, uncover gaps in their current offerings, and propose tailored solutions. Interns will assist in identifying potential partner institutions, conducting gap analyses, and preparing compelling pitch materials to initiate the partnership process effectively..

Deliverables

To align with both The Scholarship Whizz's objectives and the internship brief, the project will involve the following key deliverables:

Competitor and Market Analysis:

  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of competitors and market trends in Canada’s scholarship and funding landscape.
  • Identify opportunities for The Scholarship Whizz to differentiate itself and provide value.

Institution Identification and Gap Analysis:

  • Research and compile a list of high schools, colleges, and post-secondary institutions in Canada that align with our mission.
  • Analyze these institutions’ existing scholarship and funding programs to identify gaps or areas for improvement.

Tailored Solutions and Strategy Development:

  • Develop actionable solutions that address the identified gaps and demonstrate how The Scholarship Whizz can enhance institutional support for students.
  • Design a cohesive strategy plan that includes clear objectives, timelines, and steps for engaging with these institutions.

Pitch Decks and Proposals:

  • Create professional, visually appealing pitch decks and proposals tailored to each potential partner institution.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of partnering with The Scholarship Whizz.

Market Entry and Partnership Pathway:

  • Formulate strategies for initiating contact and building relationships with identified institutions.
  • Outline a roadmap for establishing and sustaining long-term partnerships.

Presentation of Findings:

  • At the conclusion of the project, interns will present their market analysis, institution findings, proposed solutions, and partnership strategies to The Scholarship Whizz management team.
