Students will have the option of two projects:

1. The Big Leaf - A management consulting firm that needs to increase its sales, key sales/marketing metrics, and maximize its value. This will require advanced analysis, plenty of research into consulting, and a focus on value maximization matched with internal capabilities and adherence to our code of ethics and conduct. www.thebigleaf.com

2. Panion - a Big Leaf project that is in development: an App (android/iOS) that matches Care Workers with their Clients. Nurses, PSWs, physical therapists, phlebotomists, companions, etc. create online profiles with Key Factors like Education, Experience, Language(s), Specialties, Certifications, Vaccines, Geographical and Temporal Availability. Clients and their families/care-givers fill out a profile for them as well. The system matches (or manual matches can be made by users), Panion takes 15% of revenues per transaction; one-half of what many agencies take. Panion offers Care Workers benefits, insurance, and pension plans, takes less revenue, and better matches. ... ... Panion needs a marketing strategy, such that when the Beta launches in late 2021, we will already have 100-200 Care Workers signed up, along with several Clients each, all ready to go.
