sales process user interface testing user experience (ux) design tool user interface (ui) customer relationship management software as a service (saas) a/b testingOur company has a working prototype for our new SaaS: Mage CRM. We are in need of a group of students to:
- Learn the goals of the software and make recommendations to close gaps
- Create screen by screen UX / UI designs for the application pages that have already been created
- Create screen by screen UX / UI designs for functionality on the product roadmap
- Create screen by screen UX / UI designs for accompanying website (sales funnel) that follows the user through conversion/account creation
Bonus:
- Create a process for UX / UI testing with real potential users (make recommendations for any A/B testing)
- Conduct UX / UI testing with real potential users
By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:
- Familiarize themselves with our existing product
- Familiarize themselves with a design tool of their choosing and understand how it works.
- Design and build inside of the design tool all the needed screens for a refined product
- Present the final design screens to us with the context of all their choices they made, problems they encountered, and next steps they recommend.
Bonus steps would include:
- Creating a process for UX / UI testing with real potential users (make recommendations for any A/B testing)
- Conduct UX / UI testing with real potential users
Final deliverables should include
- The design screens and all assets in a shareable format
- A presentation as stated above of the final designs
Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Current product understanding
- Any sort of branding or styling advice
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter
About the company
Mage CRM corporation was created on the premise that following up with customers using the tools customers are comfortable with leads to closed sales. Unless a customer or prospect specifically tells you never to call them back, there is always a follow up. Perhaps it’s a direct follow up to an inquiry, or perhaps it’s to check on them a year later to see if their circumstances have changed. We also believe Mage CRM will be very useful for personal productivity.
We are a SaaS startup.
