Monte Creek Winery is looking for an HR student who wants to gain experience in Training and Development, Recruitment and General HR Skills. This project is an opportunity to support employer recruitment needs, employer policies and procedures, and overseeing grant/funding submission, confirmations and file management. This position will be virtual.
This project will focus on:
- Developing policies and procedures.
- Strategic HR planning.
- Special projects around funding support, health and safety.
Phase 1: Policies and Procedures
Review the current documents and recommend and assist in the creation of new best practices for policies and procedure documents for Monte Creek Winery. Employee user manuals analyzed and updated. Develop, implement, and evaluate employee orientation, training, and development programs.
