The Employee Wellbeing Council (EWC) is a not-for-profit entity operating under Employee Wellbeing Council Inc., dedicated to advancing employee wellbeing, engagement, and community building through research, insights, and thought leadership. Our mission aligns with the U.S. Surgeon General’s Framework for Workplace Wellbeing, emphasizing the five key essentials of worker wellbeing: protection from Harm, Connection and community, Work-Life Harmony, Mattering at Work, and Opportunity for Growth.

OOt Social Health - Marketing and Design

OOt Social Health improves company culture and fosters social well-being amidst the challenges posed by remote and hybrid work arrangements. We do this to:  Enable 1:1 proximity connections, emphasizing skills, interests, mentorship, and equity-driven filters. Facilitate group proximity connections, known as "HangOOts," fostering camaraderie and collaboration. Introduce the "Me Moments" feature, promoting self-care through gratitude journaling, affirmations, and breathwork to enhance personal well-being. We hope to improve our social media marketing to build brand awareness and inbound funnel.   This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s brand book, products, social media campaign goals, and target market. Planning types of campaign content to create for each channel. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Creating a social media content calendar that outlines important steps in the campaign.
