The learners will analyze existing plans, identify gaps, and fill in the necessary information to create comprehensive and effective Key Account Plans. By doing so, they will gain insights into strategic account management and develop skills in data analysis and business communication. The project is designed to be completed by a team of learners from a business or marketing program, ensuring that they share a common skill set and can collaborate effectively.
