Working with Natural Experts on the AI Voice Agent Demo project was a rewarding and educational experience. The project gave me a hands-on opportunity to explore AI behavior, prompt engineering, and voice assistant design in a real-world e-commerce context. The team was supportive and responsive, especially when it came to providing feedback and helping us adjust our focus as the project progressed. I appreciated the flexibility to test, iterate, and suggest improvements that could meaningfully impact the user experience. This experience has definitely deepened my interest in AI development, and I’m grateful for the chance to be part of it.

I learned a lot from this experience and I am extremely grateful to Natural Experts for inviting me to work on this project. Initially, I was hesitant to apply to this project due to my background in psychology, but this opportunity allowed me to apply my social psychology knowledge in AI-related fields as well as learn more about software. Communication was very easy between the employees and the employers and any questions I had were answered promptly and directly. This was a very valuable learning experience and I am very thankful to the Natural Experts team for providing us with the tools we needed to succeed.
