Our holistic and mindful techniques help students to regulate the emotions that emerge when in a high-stakes, pressure-filled experience. Intern(s) primary focus will be on our online mindful speed reading platform, MindFlow, launching March/April 2021 They will support with: INTERN 1: Branding - Conduct a full competitive landscape assessment; define MindFlow's brand and core value proposition; identify opportunities and threats facing our brand; assess where and how to improve our brand's presence and differentiate from our competitors. Marketing Communications - Create and tweak current advertising and PR materials; create an integrated marketing campaign; create/anticipate branding campaign for different markets the product serves (B2B - email campaign through active campaign (tutoring/test prep companies, tutors, education organizations, allied professionals, etc..) Market Research - Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market for MindFlow product segmentations (professionals, parents, students); conduct customer surveys and/or focus groups to gain insights into the perceptions and behaviors of our target customers; develop a pricing strategy; identify expansion opportunities; identify key messaging. INTERN 2: Public Relations - Develop and implement a PR strategy; create collateral, including press releases, user testimonials, case studies, and customer stories. Prospecting Strategy - Implement better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boosts our sales team's performance. Evaluate our current customer base and make recommendations for further market penetration; assess our current outreach process and develop and implement targeted prospecting; review our prospect messaging, make improvement recommendations, and create new outreach content. SEO Strategy & Recommendations - Develop and implement an SEO strategy; provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility; increase our inbound traffic and optimize the customer journey; increase inbound leads. Optimize online presence ie. YouTube INTERN 3: Strategic Social Media Marketing - Conduct audit of our competitors' social media and communication; develop and implement our strategies for online presence to increase engagement; create a content calendar; creating useable social media and blog posts (working with designers.) Our goal at the end of this experience is to help us: Market Research - Gain a better understanding of our target markets and ensure we are optimally positioned and our product and pricing aligns with our target sectors/customer. Public Relations - Effectively communicate our brand's story and mission to a broad audience including various venues online: social media (FB, LinkedIn, IG), media outlets, guest blogs, articles, youTube, podcasts, etc. Prospecting Strategy - Implement better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our sales team's performance. SEO and Social Media Strategy

Position available: 2 Our team is looking for a social media marketing wizards who can help us drive more traffic and improve our SEO positioning. This is for two different sites which themselves have different targets, and thus 2+ interns or a team, per website, for a total of 4 interns and/or team. The project can either be completed by a group, or the different parts will be split into multiple projects. One site is for our regular website and the other is for an online platform that trains people in speed reading for admissions tests. Websites: citytestprep.com AND an upcoming website due to launch late Feb/March 2021, connected to: mindflowspeedreading.com (this is NOT the final site) The project requirements include: INTERN 1: Keyword analysis to determine relevant search terms to our organization A strategy document to outline: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) requirements to ensure our organization appears on the first page of Google for relevant keywords Social media requirements to increase the number of followers/likes and share Content Calendar Execution: Timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our site INTERN 2: Creating engaging content for prominent media websites Working with tools and programs such as canvas, hoote suite, google analytics, etc. We’re excited to work with students who can help us not only brainstorm, but also execute a strategy to achieve: Being the top-ranked result for the keywords speed reading for high stakes tests, mindful test-taking, This is a great project for students to prove their digital marketing expertise to future employers, as the impact of their work on this project can be easily measured and communicated.
