No skills listedRiverbend ROCKS is a community-based non-profit that provides wrap-around support to low-income families in the Riverbend area of Edmonton and beyond. Programming is free and includes:
- After-school care,
- Immigration services,
- Medical support,
- Physical activity programming,
- Community gardens and markets,
- Community events and gatherings.
Riverbend Rocks is growing from mostly part-time to three full-time positions (program coordinators) and we are increasing the number of part-time employees. We are currently working on updating our strategic plan and developing a growth strategy that involves understanding the HR needs as we plan to expand and formalize administrative and support roles.
Expected deliverables include:
- A detailed report outlining research, analysis, insights and recommendations.
- A 10-15 minute presentation highlighting the findings and strategies from the report.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
