HR Manager
BARE International
Fairfax, Virginia, United States
January 2023 - Current

As part of the BARE International Management Team, I support 100+ amazing individuals in our US Division, ensuring they have the "people" resources needed to excel in their work-life.

I oversee all aspects of Human Resources - including recruiting, hiring and onboarding, training and development, performance management, labor law and compliance, benefits administration, payroll, DEIB, and employee relations.

In addition to being the US HR Manager, I serve as our company's Global HR Manager - meaning I coordinate and oversee global HR initiatives affecting our organization as a whole. I own our compliance with CSR and ESG frameworks, manage the HR components of our ISO certification, streamline activities and implement efficiencies, strategize the HR Roadmap and related actions, and guide our international HR team to best support our global workforce.
