Khoa Nguyen, Esther Oguniana, Ayman Momen, Clayton Riordan, Solid Solon, and Jijo Sasidharan Nair all worked together on this project. During our meetings all individuals answered questions regarding specific aspects of the project. As Team Lead it was obvious specific topics that Ayman had worked on. Others were harder to determine. Overall the final project is high quality, addresses all our objectives, and we are very pleased with the results.

Learner feedback
The Team submitted 5 documents including a comprehensive summary, general and specific education materials, and evaluation of our existing policies and practices. The documents are clear and concise. There are actionable items laid out with links to supporting material. Our objectives and questions were all addressed. The Team even made time to meet with our staff after the due date to walk thru the materials and answer any questions. It is pretty remarkable quality considering the brief time alotted for the project. Sierra Club Canada is very pleased with our results.

Cybersecurity Enhancement and Policy Review for Sierra Club Canada Foundation

The Sierra Club Canada Foundation is seeking to strengthen its cybersecurity posture and ensure the privacy of its public-facing resources. This project involves conducting a vulnerability assessment to identify potential security risks in the organization's online presence. Additionally, the project requires a thorough review and editing of existing privacy and cybersecurity policies to ensure they align with current best practices and legal requirements. Third objective is to create comprehensive training resources for staff and volunteers, to enhance their understanding of organizational policies and cybersecurity best practices. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of cybersecurity and policy development in a real-world context, focusing on protecting sensitive information and ensuring the organization's digital resilience.
