Hridita was a dedicated and organized Business Development Associate. She created well-structured outreach materials to connect with business opportunities and demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills. Her willingness to learn and ability to ask insightful questions made her a reliable team member. One area for improvement would be time management, as many of her tasks were completed in the final week due to other commitments. Starting assignments earlier would have allowed for more feedback and refinements. Overall, she was a valuable contributor, and I appreciated working with her.
