Strategic Marketing Analysis
Students will help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target: individuals who are interested in food handler certification whether it is in the hospitality industry, daycare, restaurant, long-term care, institutions, etc. across Canada. We also have complimentary courses in WHMIS, Smart Serve Ontario and soon to be added HACCP certification. We’d like to know how we can maximize the use of different marketing channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging. Answer the following questions: How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using Canada-wide? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition? Recommend appropriate methods of communication/marketing Identify deficiencies in marketing and make recommendations.
