Working on this project has been a valuable learning experience. Throughout the process, I was able to explore different areas of law and statutes, as well as cases, and apply them to testing the AI chatbot. This has expanded my knowledge and exposed me to areas of law I am now more interested in. The weekly check-ins with Navid helped to steer the direction for my testing and allowed me to express any concerns I had.

Overall, I would say I had a really good experience. I enjoyed the structure of this particular project. The communication was really good; having weekly calls and a platform (discord) we could always report to. I think the interface is good, it was easy to figure everything out.

Working with Navid and his team has been an absolute pleasure of an experience! The entire team provided lots of guidance from the start, and was very responsive to any questions i had as a student intern. I learned a lot, and enjoyed it the whole time. Its definitely going places!

LegalEase

Students will be working with our cutting edge ai technology to explore its capabilities and enhance its use. The students will use the chatbot prompt to ask questions in a specific area of law (for example, landlord tenant issues, highway traffic issues, etc.) and review and flag system generated answers. The students will be provided guidance on how to find the correct answer in the legislation and how to review the work of the chatbot. Students will also be assigned different government forms, letters or contracts related to the legislations and will help with uploading, processing and testing the generation of the forms by the platform. Students will spend some time creating blog posts and social posts about their experience or about specific legal issues.
